If you stimulate a muscle enough that it needs to adapt to make itself stronger, you’re going to add muscle mass and, of course, get stronger.

I’ve spoken about delayed onset muscular soreness before and mentioned that your muscles undergo a certain level of micro trauma if they are stressed sufficiently (This can be seen in the middle picture)

The body then rebuilds the muscle to be bigger and stronger (As seen in the bottom picture)

This process is often the cause of the soreness you experience post workout.

This won’t make your muscles huge overnight though. It takes years of constant stimulation to truly see major size and strength differences if you’ve been already working out. If you’re new to the gym, you’ll probably see faster gains 😊👍🏼 .

2. หากจำเป็นต้องรับประทานอาหารนอกบ้านต้องไม่ปรุงเพิ่ม เช่น ไม่เติมน้ำตาลลงในก๋วยเตี๋ยว อื่นๆเป็นต้น
3.นอกจากอาหารแล้ว หากต้องดื่มเครื่องดื่มนอกบ้าน ควรสั่งให้ลดปริมาณน้ำตาล และหันมาเลือกดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีการใส่น้ำตาลต่ำแทน แต่ถ้าเป็นไปได้ให้หลีกเลี่ยงการเติมน้ำตาล น้ำเชื่อม นมข้นหวานไปเลยจะดีกว่า หรืออาจจะหันมาใช้สารทดแทนความหวานเติมลงในเครื่องดื่มได้บ้าง เพื่อช่วยลดปริมาณน้ำตาล และพลังงานที่ได้รับจากเครื่องดื่ม
4. หลีกเลี่ยงการทานผลไม้ที่มีรสหวานจัด หรือมีปริมาณของแป้งมาก เช่น ทุเรียน ลำไย มะม่วงสุก เป็นต้น และหันมาเลือกทานผักผลไม้รสไม่หวานจัดเพิ่มมากขึ้น เพื่อช่วยควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด
5. ไม่ควรรับประทานน้ำตาลเกิน 3-6 ช้อนชาต่อวัน โดยองค์การอนามัยโลกรับรองไว้ว่าไม่ควรทานน้ำตาลทรายเกิน 6 ช้อนชา หรือ 24 กรัมต่อวันค่า....

1- La Actitud:
Una buena Actitud es imprescindible para cualquier Entrenador, ser motivador, inspirador, atento a tus clientes y recibir tus clientes cada día con una actitud positiva, hacen la diferencia.
Un entrenador que siempre esta cansado, aburrido, negativo, pesado, con un celular en la mano en la hora del entrenamiento es poco Ético.
2- La Tecnica:
Algo que me sorprende mucho es cuando veo la cantidad de Cursos, Libros y seminarios que muchos han realizado pero cuando lo ves entrenando a sus clientes es todo lo contrario, nunca olviden que 'cuarquiera se entrena a si mismo, pocos saben entrenar a los demas'.

3- Los Objetivos tuyos y el de los Clientes:
Este es un problema muy comun en el Área del entrenamiento personalizado y es que debemos entender que quiere un Cliente aunque muchas veces no estemos de acuerdo, muchas veves por nuestra Experiecia vemos clientes con proporciones excelentes pero ellos no se ven asi, entender cuales son sus objetivos y no los nuestros es muy importante.
4- Flexible:
Ser Flexible es muy importante, ponerse en la posición del cliente tambien, algo que tengo muy claro es que no todos los dias no nos llegan clientes, cuidar nuestro trabajo, ser atentos, ser celoso con lo que hacemos, entender la posición o puesto de trabajo del cliente es de suma importancia.

On the left we have last weeks Day 1 session and on the right we have this weeks Day 1 session - WHY has the volume and intensity dropped you might ask? 🤔 Well it’s deload week 😃 It’s really important that you schedule deload weeks into your training programme - this gives your body a break and prevents plateaus so that you can come back stronger and harder 💪🏻 Just because you take it easy for a week it does not mean that you will lose strength or muscle, if you ensure that the deload week does enough to work your body through the motions without tiring it out 👍🏻 Options for deload include moderating - intensity - volume - both intensity and volume - active rest. I was looking at some old messages when I was at my peak fitness nearly 4 years ago. I found one to my dad saying 'Just went for an 8km walk and you're still not back yet' - typical dad 🙄😂 but I made that my goal this week, to try to get back up to 8km again.
Tonight I made it to 6km and thought 'ah stuff it'.. 'mind over matter'. And look LOOK what happens when you believe you can do something.
Ima go shower now 😜
