Comme je l’ai dit hier je continue mon combat pour changer mes vieilles et vilaines habitudes (surtt une..) et il y a eu un effet « kiss-cool » j’ai perdu pratiquement 5kg assez rapidement alors ...

Mais tout mes efforts au niveau du sport on été dégommé assez rapidement aussi 😩
Car j’ai toujours voulu avoir des formes et perdre 5kg si rapidement m’ont clairement fait perdre des formes si durement acquises avec le sport😪 et la fermeté qui allait avec 🙄😪

Un'altro esercizio di horizontal pull per lavorare il dorsale che amo.
Come sempre inserire è bene inserire delle varianti unilaterali, dato é molto probabile che abbiate un lato più o meno forte dell'altro.
L'esecuzione al cavo basso mi sta aiutando a modificare un po' l'angolo di lavoro. Nel pulley ciò che mi aiuta nell'eseguire correttamente il movimento è che il gomito deve arrivare vicino alle anche.
Anche in questo caso fino a dove arrivare con i gomiti indietro è soggettivo, l'importante è tenere la Schiena in posizione neutra.
Sicuramente io devo migliorare la posizione della scapola e tenerla più retratta possibile.

Can I just say this- today I parked in a Wilson Car Park and had zero anxiety about the cost of the ticket- to you this isn’t a big deal but to me- I stopped and took a moment to be thankful.⁣

Less than a year ago I could barely afford to live- my life revolved off such a tight budget that I only had $50 per fortnight to play with.⁣
⁣
I couldn’t afford to get my car serviced.⁣
⁣
I couldn’t afford to go out to dinner, get my hair done, do my nails.⁣
⁣
I worked as a full time nurse on 60k a year then transitioned into the fitness industry in manager roles earning 50-60k a year.⁣
⁣
Now if you do the maths - that’s really not a whole lot. It’s enough to just ‘GET BY’. Especially in the heart of Sydney!⁣
⁣
As I get older- my expenditures have increased and my anxiety over looking at my bank account was giving me panic attacks.⁣
⁣
My turning point was hitting rock bottom.⁣
⁣
I’ve always had it in my heart to be my own boss and I knew I could create myself financial freedom I just had to figure out HOW.⁣
⁣
This year I dedicated myself to working harder than I ever have before.⁣

Some say I need to sleep more, I need to rest more or I’ll burn out.⁣

Как правильно подобрать для себя кардио тренировку.
Не зависимо от того, являешься ли ты профессиональным спортсменом или просто ходишь в зал , чтобы поддерживать себя в форме, а может впервые решил взяться за себя и убрать все лишним килограммы, копившиеся годами , когда стоит вопрос о сжигании жира - все мы равны! И тут не обойтись без кардио тренировок.
Существуют 2-а основных вида кардио нагрузки :
1.Низкоинтенсивный кардиотренинг с постоянным темпом. Длительность такой тренировки от 60 минут , при этом ЧСС должно быть от 120 до 140 ударов минуту, именно при такой интенсивности энергия происходит за счёт окисления жира , когда же интенсивность упражнений повышается, сжигаемые калории берутся из мышечного гликогена и мышечной ткани. При этом не столь важно какую именно тренировку вы выберите, ходьбу на беговой дорожке , эллиптический или вело тренажёр , можете хоть на руках ходить- главное поддержание целевого пульса на протяжении всей тренировки.
2.Высокоинтенсивная интервальная тренировка- это чередование периода с очень высокой интенсивностью с короткими периодами восстановления.
Зачастую спортсмены избегают такие тренировки, считая, что энергия при такой нагрузке берётся из накопленного гликогена, а не из жирных кислот, но они забывают одну очень важную вещь. Сжигание жира происходит в процессе липолиза (процесс расщепления жиров на составляющие их жирные кислоты под действием липазы). Липолиз происходит в период, когда уровень расхода энергии превышает уровень поступления калорий. И несмотря на то , что накопленные углеводы в виде мышечного гликогена и являются предпочтительным «топливом» при интенсивных нагрузках, все же сжигание жира будет более интенсивнее и быстрее, т.к. для восстановления после такой тренировки происходит послетренировочное использование жиров , что делает расход калорий при такой нагрузке гораздо больше, а так же повышается уровень гормонов роста и тестостерона, которые способствуют поддержанию тонуса мышц, за счёт этого происходит ускорение метаболизма в целом!
Но такой тип тренировки , не рекомендуется выполнять более 3-х раз в неделю, в противном случае в организме начинаются анаболические процессы (разрушение мышц)
